Ideal location just a few hundred feet from Jardin du Luxembourg, RER, good restaurants, Notre Dame, and the Louvre. Good small and quaint hotel, my first choice in Paris.

Courteous, helpful staff and great location
The hotel is dealing with a nightly "bum" who lays outside the hotel, drinks heavily, is loud and hassles people on the street. This woke us up on more than one occasion and even though the hotel staff tried to deal with him, he just returned.

The hotel was very well located in an interesting and traditional part of paris. We were able to walk or catch the metro to all of paris's sites. There were many bistros, shops and interesting places to stroll near the hotel. The hotel room was very large and artistically decorated with comfortable beds and bedding and a luxury bathroom.Storage space for luggage was excellent. We had a room at the back so it was quiet. Beautiful courtyard. The reading room was very parisian and a nice place to sit. The hotel is very close to the luxembourg metro( 5 minute walk) which is a direct line to the airport and the eurostar train station which makes getting to the hotel easy and not expensive( no need for cabs and buses)
The hotel needs to develop better customer relationships. The hotel did not have well stocked or informative resources for guests. Staff were not too friendly or helpful regarding tavellers questions..I Would have liked to be able to make my own cup of tea or coffee but no facilities were provided. The hotel needs to provide information to guests in the room about it facilities and services. There was an absence of a welcoming atmosphere which was a shock after the wonderful welcomes we had received throughout italy and Greece.

The unit we got was a nice size with an outside window, fantastic bathroom, for example. The location was best possible and quiet - easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go. The staff was responsive and genuinely helpful, truly enjoyed this place...
It had not so great views.

Extremely good location, I spent 9 days on food wondering round, very happy. English Bookshop Baily's Books just around the corner. The lovely staff esp the boss, whose smile was one of my favourite sights in Paris. Yes, the lift is tiny, but if you are too big for it, perhaps try the stairs. The Luxumberg Gardens are extremely close and it is a side street so not as noisy as some others. Absolutely charming hotel, with rooms that actually worked very well despite not being huge.Breakfast is delicious, though I only had it there about every third day, since there are so many good cafes around. I traveled as a single woman, and always felt very safe there. Just delightful. computer and nice desk to work at, made it very easy to keep in touch with home. Could not have been happier.
No complaints, had a wonderful time and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The room was a very good size for any hotel let alone one in Paris. It looked exactly as it did on Booked.net, well designed with good quality fabrics and it was very clean. The location is extremely convenient and there is a fantastic restaurant a couple of doors down from the hotel.

Location was great - Jardin du Luxembourg was just round the corner, major sites all within comfortable walking distance. The hotel was tucked in a little street so noise was kept to a minimum. There were plenty of cafes and bistros nearby. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The windows were really sound proof, you could almost not here the street below even though it was quite noisy. Did not here to much from the neighbours or the corridor either as there was not so many rooms in the corridor. Quite good bed. Good shower.
Very small room although we had a double superior. You walked into the flatscreen TV when you passed the bed and you had to move the desk to open the window. No real warderobe, just a small (not full length) rack for max 7 coathangers. No place to hang your jacket.
